French 18th c Amoire

French provincial 18th c oak amoire crowned by a molded chapeau de gendarme cornice above a pair of beautifully paneled doors. Each door features deeply molded and shaped reserves with distinctive carved quatrefoil panels with long decorative escutcheons, working key and traditional exposed hinges. Raised on short turned feet, the armoire has developed a warm, beautifully aged natural oak patina.
